Laboratory safety training

　　Our company has carried out safety training in order to improve employees'safety awareness,safe operation skills and self-protection ability.The most important thing is to have a solid grasp of basic chemical analysis knowledge:
　　First:When entering work,laboratory staff must wear protective equipment as required.
　　Second,to prevent toxic chemicals entering the mouth or inhaling into the respiratory tract.All operations that may produce toxic gases must be performed in a fuming cupboard hood.It is strictly forbidden to use food utensils and containers to replace experimental utensils.Must washing hands and gargling carefully after working with toxic drugs.
　　Third:Do not approach the fire source when flammable materials are on your body.And immediately rinse with clean water.High temperature objects should be placed in a safe place that will not cause fire.
　　Fourth:When removing the boiling water or solution,must shake it with the beaker clip before use.Prevent sudden boiling and splashing during use.
　　Fifth:When opening the seal of chemicals such as ammonia,hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,etc.,Must cover with a damp cloth and then open the bottle cork to prevent splashing.When dissolving samples with strong alkali,prevent the dry pan getting wet caused explosion.
　　Sixth:Prevent glassware from being cut.Exposed power cords are not allowed in the laboratory.All electrical appliances in the laboratory must not be disassembled or repaired personally or without permission.The maintenance of all electrical equipment and various instruments should be strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.All electrical appliances need to be cut off after use.
