In order to improve employees' safety awareness, safe operation skills and accident rescue ability, our company has carried out safety awareness training. Established the idea of safety and prevention first, and the awareness of experiment operation procedure.

First: When entering work, you must wear labor protection outfit in accordance with lab regulations.

Second, prevent toxic chemicals from entering the mouth or inhaling the respiratory tract by accident as not to cause drug poisoning. Especially need to pay attention during operation. All operations that may generate toxic gases, so it must be carried out in a fume hood. It is strictly forbidden to substitute food utensils and lab instruments, wash hands and gargle carefully after working with toxic drugs.

Third: When there are flammable objects on your body or hands, you should not approach the fire source, and should be cleaned immediately. High-temperature objects should be placed in a safe place that will not cause a fire.

Fourth: When removing the boiling water or solution, you must shake it with the beaker clip before removing it for use, to prevent sudden splashing.

Fifth: When opening the seal of chemicals such as ammonia, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc., Cover with a damp cloth first and then open the bottle stopper. When dissolving samples with strong alkali, prevent the dry pan from getting wet to avoid explosion.

Sixth: Be careful of broken glassware from being cut. Exposed power cords are not allowed in the laboratory. All power equipment must be safe and intact. All electrical appliances in the laboratory are not allowed to be dismantled and repaired without permission. The maintenance of all electrical equipment, various instruments and other equipment should be strictly in accordance with the operating procedures by electrician. Cut off the power after use of electrical equipment.

Seventh: You must wear masks and gloves when entering the laboratory. Nuts and other foods that may affect the experimental data are not allowed in order to avoid cross-contamination. Please bring your own earplugs during powder mixing to prevent hearing loss. It is forbidden to take glassware from the laboratory without permission. It is forbidden to use laboratory equipment without permission. Please notify lab technicians when you need to take pictures.
